What ingredients are needed to prepare tiramisu?
- 8-10 teaspoons of Golden Crescent tea
- 1 and ¼ cups of hot water
- 1 and ½ cups of fresh milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 20-25 ladyfingers
- cocoa powder
- 2 egg yolks
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup of heavy cream

How to prepare tiramisu?
- Pour water into a saucepan, place it over medium heat and boil until it simmers.
- Add the tea leaves to the pot and cook them for a few minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, strain the tea to remove the leaves.
- Place the saucepan with tea over low heat, add sugar to the pot and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- Gradually pour the milk into the saucepan. Stir thoroughly until the milk combines with the tea.
- Divide the contents of the saucepan into two equal parts, pouring them into bowls.
- Pour water into a second pot and bring it to a boil.
- Place a heatproof bowl over the boiling water. Whisk the egg yolks with the brown sugar until they become light and creamy and double in volume. Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove the bowl from the heat.
- Combine half of the tea and milk mixture with the mascarpone cheese and the egg yolk mixture. Stir until well combined. Then set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the cream.
- Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Dip each ladyfinger in the remaining half of the tea mixture with milk, then arrange them at the bottom of a rectangular, deep dish.
- Pour half of the prepared cream mixture over the ladyfingers, smooth it evenly, and dust the top with cocoa.
- Repeat the process with another layer.
- Chill the dessert until set.
