  • 30 ml dark chocolate syrup (10 ml per serving)
  • 15 ml vanilla syrup (5 ml per serving)
  • Frothed milk (amount according to preference)
  • 150 ml boiling water
  • Ground cinnamon (for decoration)

How to prepare festive tea with frothed milk?

1. Brew the perfect base.

Start by boiling water (it should reach 100°C). Then add 5 g of tea to the vessel where you plan to brew it. Pour 150 ml of boiling water over the leaves and steep for exactly 5 minutes – this time is crucial for extracting the full flavor without bitterness.

2. Prepare the glasses.

While the tea is brewing, select three glasses and place them conveniently. Once the tea is brewed, divide it evenly among the glasses, pouring about 50 ml into each.

3. Time for sweet additions!

Pour 10 ml of dark chocolate syrup into each glass, followed by 5 ml of vanilla syrup. Gently stir the contents of the glasses – you want to create a harmonious blend of flavors without overly disturbing the black tea's profile.

4. The perfect finish.

Now the fun begins! Froth the milk to achieve a perfect, creamy consistency. If you don't have a milk frother, you can use a mason jar with a tight lid – just shake it vigorously – or reach for a kitchen whisk. Once you've frothed the milk, pour it into the tea.

Tips:

  • To experience the full flavor and aroma of the tea, make sure it is fresh and properly stored (in an airtight container away from direct sunlight).
  • You can use both cow's milk and plant-based alternatives to prepare the tea.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your personal taste preferences. You can decrease or increase the amount of syrups.
  • Serve the tea immediately after preparation, while the drink is hot. That's when it tastes best!

This luxurious tea latte is perfect for winter evenings, holiday parties, and any occasion where you fancy a cup of aromatic tea with frothed milk. The combination of premium tea with dark chocolate, vanilla, and a hint of spice creates a drink that will pamper your taste buds.

Note: This recipe can be easily modified. If you want to prepare this tea for a party with more guests, it won't be a problem at all! Just maintain the proportions of ingredients given above.
