Costs and delivery time

The goods are shipped to the address indicated in the order form. The Store will inform the Customer immediately about an incorrectly completed order form, which prevents shipment or may delay it.

The goods are delivered using specialized courier companies.

The order processing time is up to 14 business days, unless a shorter deadline is specified in the description of a given product or when placing the order. The order processing time is defined as the moment from placing the order by the customer until the parcel is collected by the courier company from our central warehouse.

Delivery of the Order to the Customer is subject to payment, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. Available methods of delivery Orders and delivery costs Orders are available to the Customer below in the Price List of order delivery costs. Additionally, delivery costs will be indicated when placing the Order.

Free shipping over PLN 200.
For order values of PLN 200.00 and more, we cover shipping costs (the order value is calculated without shipping costs). Applies to shipments within Poland.
