Costs and delivery time

1. Goods are shipped to the address indicated in the order form. The Store will immediately inform the Customer about an incorrectly completed order form which makes shipment impossible or may delay it.

2. Goods are delivered by specialized courier companies.

3. The order fulfillment time is up to 14 business days, unless a shorter period is specified in the product description or during the order placement. Order fulfillment is defined as the period from the moment the customer places an order until the moment the parcel is picked up by the courier company from our central warehouse.

4. Delivery of the Order to the Customer is paid, unless the Sales Agreement states otherwise. Available forms of Order delivery and costs of Order delivery are available to the Customer below in the price list of order delivery costs. Additionally, delivery costs will be indicated when placing the Order.

DPD courier service

Pocztex Poczta Polska courier service

International shipment - DPD Courier

To countries: Germany

- for upfront payment: PLN 40

International deliveries are only carried out with upfront payment.

Free shipping from PLN 200.

For orders valued at PLN 200.00 and more, we cover shipping costs (order value is calculated without shipping costs). Applies to shipments within Poland.
