Returns
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, then in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The period for withdrawal from the contract begins when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract to us, for example, via an e-mail sent to: reklamacje@basilur.pl. It is sufficient to send us the statement before the 14-day deadline expires.
Please send the returned goods to us without delay to the address: Tea Brother sp. z o.o., ul. Targowa 9B, 05-100 Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, however, no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.
We will refund payments made by you immediately in accordance with the terms specified in the Store Regulations, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the statement of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of their return – whichever event occurs first.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in cases specified in the Regulations. All detailed information about your rights can be found in this document.
Complaints
If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have specific rights if the sold goods are not in conformity with the contract.
In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, you have the right to submit a complaint – for example, to the e-mail address: reklamacje@basilur.pl.
As a rule, we are responsible for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, existing at the time of its delivery and revealed within two years from that moment.
Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you can demand:
- exchange of goods,
- repair of goods.
In some cases, you can submit a statement regarding:
- withdrawal from the contract,
- price reduction.
