Terms and Conditions of the "Free Delivery from PLN 50" Promotion

**§1

GENERAL PROVISIONS**

  1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") define the conditions of the promotion called "Free Delivery from PLN 50" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"), organized in the online store basilur.pl.

  2. The organizer of the Promotion is Tea Brother Sp. z o.o., entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000543003, with tax identification number NIP 5311691575, operating the "Basilur" online store available at basilur.pl.

  3. The Organizer bears full responsibility for the content of the Terms and Conditions, the course, implementation, and handling of the Promotion. All claims related to participation in the Promotion should be directed directly to the Organizer.

  4. The promotional offer is addressed to all customers of the online store basilur.pl, operated by Tea Brother Sp. z o.o.

PROMOTION DURATION**

  1. The Promotion is valid from December 7, 2025 to December 12, 2025.

  2. The start time of the Promotion is set at 00:00:00 on December 7, 2025.

  3. The end time of the Promotion is set at 00:00:00 on December 12, 2025.

  4. Participation in the Promotion is determined by the order placement date in the basilur.pl store.

**§3

FINAL PROVISIONS**

  1. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or discount codes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Store. In case of discrepancies, the rules presented in the shopping cart take precedence.

  2. The Promotion is valid only for orders with shipping within Poland.

  3. The Promotion is activated only for carts with a minimum value of PLN 50 gross, where this value does not include delivery costs.

  4. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  5. Advertising materials related to the Promotion are for informational and promotional purposes. The only binding document is these Terms and Conditions.

  6. Tea Brother Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion, provided that these changes are beneficial to the Customer. Changes do not affect rights acquired before their introduction.
