Regulations of the "Free shipping from PLN 50" promotion

**§1

GENERAL PROVISIONS**

  1. These regulations (hereinafter "Regulations") define the terms and conditions of the promotion called "Free shipping from PLN 50" (hereinafter "Promotion"), organized in the online store basilur.pl.

  2. The organizer of the Promotion is Tea Brother Sp. z o.o., entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000543003, with tax identification number NIP 5311691575, operating the "Basilur" online store available at basilur.pl.

  3. The Organizer bears full responsibility for the content of the Regulations, the course, implementation, and handling of the Promotion. All claims related to participation in the Promotion should be directed directly to the Organizer.

  4. The promotional offer is addressed to all customers of the online store basilur.pl, operated by Tea Brother Sp. z o.o.

PROMOTION DURATION**

  1. The promotion is valid from December 7, 2025 to December 12, 2025.

  2. The start time of the Promotion is set for 00:00:00 on December 7, 2025.

  3. The end time of the Promotion is set for 00:00:00 on December 12, 2025.

  4. Participation in the Promotion is determined by the order date in the basilur.pl store.

**§3

FINAL PROVISIONS**

  1. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or discount codes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Store. In case of discrepancies, the rules presented in the shopping cart take precedence.

  2. The promotion is valid only for orders with shipping within Poland.

  3. The promotion is activated only for baskets with a minimum gross value of PLN 50, where this value does not include shipping costs.

  4. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Regulations.

  5. Advertising materials regarding the Promotion are for informational and promotional purposes. These Regulations are the only binding document.

  6. Tea Brother Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the Regulations during the Promotion, provided that these changes are beneficial to the Customer. Changes do not affect rights acquired before their introduction.
