How to prepare warming tea with apple and cinnamon?

  1. Wash and peel the apple . Then cut it into small pieces.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan. Add tea leaves, apple slices, star anise , and cinnamon.
  3. Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once boiling, pour the tea into a glass.
  5. Finally, add a teaspoon of honey to the glass.
