  • ¾ cup of warm milk

  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ⅔ cup of fine brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • ½ cup crushed oatmeal; roasted or honey (optional)

How to bake spiced cookies?

  1. Start by brewing some tea. Pour hot water over the Masala Chai leaves and set aside for a few minutes . Add milk to it and leave to cool.
