4 bags of Basilur Earl Gray Tangerine tea
750 milliliters of water
1/2 cup mint leaves with stems
225 grams of sugar

How to prepare sorbet with Earl Gray Tangerine tea?
- Boil 600 ml of water and then pour it into a high-temperature resistant jug .
- Add tea bags to the pot.
- Leave the bags for about 8 minutes and then squeeze them thoroughly when removing them from the water.
- Chop the mint leaves and stems. Add them to the brewed tea .
- Add sugar to 150 ml of water and heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Leave the sugar water to cool completely.
- Once the water has cooled down, pour it into your tea. Add lemon juice to it and then put the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Pour the tea into an ice cream maker and churn until you get a sorbet-like consistency.
- Pour the mixture into a low-temperature-resistant container, cover it with parchment paper and close the container tightly.
- Place the container in the freezer and wait until the sorbet hardens.
