PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

"Spring Tea Set for PLN 1"

§1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the promotion is Tea Brother sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Targowa 9B, 05-100 Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, NIP: 531169157, operating an online store available at: https://basilur.pl/ (hereinafter: "Seller").
  2. The promotion is conducted under the terms specified in these regulations.
  3. The promotion is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

§2. Duration of the promotion

  1. The promotion is valid from the day of its launch until further notice or until promotional product stocks are exhausted.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to terminate the promotion early in case of stock depletion.

§3. Promotion Rules

  1. The promotion consists of allowing the Customer to purchase the product:
    • Fruit Infusions & Magic Fruits Assorted
    • SKU: 71838
    • EAN: 4792252939721
      for the price of PLN 1 gross (hereinafter: "Promotional Product").
  2. The condition for taking advantage of the promotion is placing an order with a value of at least PLN 249 gross, calculated after all discounts, excluding delivery costs.
  3. The Promotional Product:
    • is not added to the cart automatically,
    • can be added by the Customer after meeting the promotion conditions.
  4. Each Customer may take advantage of the promotion multiple times, however, within one order, it is possible to add a maximum of one Promotional Product.
  5. The promotion is valid while stocks of the Promotional Product last.

§4. Returns and withdrawal from the contract

  1. If the promotion is used, the condition for maintaining the promotional price of the Promotional Product is to meet the minimum order value condition referred to in §3 para. 2.
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract or return of part of the order, as a result of which the order value falls below PLN 249 gross, it is considered that the promotion conditions have not been met.
  3. In such a situation, the Customer has the choice of:
    a) returning the Promotional Product, or
    b) keeping the Promotional Product and paying the difference between its promotional price (PLN 0.01) and the regular price applicable on the day of purchase.
  4. In the event of choosing the option referred to in paragraph 3(b), the Seller has the right to deduct the due amount from the funds to be returned to the Customer.

§5. Combining promotions

  1. The promotion may be combined with other promotions and discounts offered by the Seller, unless their terms and conditions state otherwise.

§6. Final Provisions

  1. These regulations are available on the website https://basilur.pl/.
  2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the store regulations and applicable Polish law shall apply.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the regulations for important legal or organizational reasons, provided that the changes do not prejudice the rights acquired by Customers.
